Eleanor Kubinski

Eleanor M. Kubinski, age 92, passed away April 21, 2016. Eleanor was the beloved wife of the late Henry Kubinski for 58 years. Beloved mother of John (JoAnn), and the late Patricia Mocarski. Tender Grandmother of John III (Carrie) Kubinski, Michelle (Rod) Jensen, Christine Mocarski, and Adam Mocarski. Great-grandmother of Ashley, Caleigh, Gavin, Cody, Michela, Austin, Willow, Owen, and Adam. Great-great-grandmother of Mason and Maddie Kubinski. Fond aunt of many. Visitation Monday, April 25, 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral services begin Tuesday at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. and will proceed to All Saints Polish National Catholic Church, 9201 W. Higgins, Chicago, for Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in All Saints Polish National Catholic Cemetery.
