Eleanor Bissing, age 93 passed away suddenly on June 6, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Alois. Loving mother of Susan (Chuck) Toronyi, John Bissing, Don (Brigitte), William “Bill” (Cathy) Bissing. Cherished grandmother of Brian (Doris), Tim (Melissa) , Danielle (Mark), Natasha (Jason) , Michael (Morgan), Zachary, Madelyn, Tony, Jimmy, Frankie, Vinnie Nathan and Mike(Lori) Bissing and Laurie Bech . Great grandmother of Gregg, Andrew, Shawn, Emily and Brody. Mother in law of Alice (Ed) Arroyo. Proceeded in death by her siblings, Susan (Tony) Maratea, Joseph (Rose) Hlavaty and Edward (Rozeka) Hlavaty. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday June 8, 2017 from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Interment will follow at Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines.
