Eileen M. Monaco, (nee McCarthy), age 76, passed away peacefully at her home on October 7, 2025 surrounded by her three children. Eileen was the beloved wife of the late Carmen F.; loving mother of Christine A. and Anthony J. (Maria) Monaco and Mary (Jack) Humes; dearest daughter of the late Rose and Edmund McCarthy; cherished grandmother of Anthony and Harrison Monaco and Ryan and Zachary Humes; dear sister of Edmund (Marge) and the late Joe (the late Betty) McCarthy and the late Jim, Tom and Jack (the late Marie) McCarthy, and sister in law of Carol (Joe) Hetman and the late Mary Lou (John) Wsol, and she was a fond aunt and dear friend of many.

Visitation Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Eugene Church in Chicago for Mass 10:30 a.m. The interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
