Eileen T. Higgins, 62, of Chicago Devoted daughter of the late William P. Higgins and Florence Phelan HigginsBeloved Sister of Patrick J. ( Sarah E. Edwards) Higgins of Nashville, Mary Regina Higgins ( Randall E. ) Reither, and William J. (Cynthia J. Kraft) Higgins; Adoring Aunt to William , Lilli, and Clay Higgins; Charles, Daniel, Robert and Scott Reither; Bridget  ( Philip ) McLaughlin, Caitlin (Jason ) Brown, and Jack Higgins Fond cousin to numerous Higgins’ and Phelan’ Cousins Eileen was a Graduate of St. Angela’s, Trinity High School, Dominican University, and John Marshall Law School. Professionally, She worked in the Cook County Comptroller’s and Clerk of Circuit Court Offices; Member of the 38 Regular Democratic Ward Organization. Eileen was The Go to Person in the Family as Historian, Archivist, and Party Organizer.  She was a devoted Alumni of St. Angela’s. Family and friends are asked to meet on Friday, January 12 ^th at St. Paul of the Cross Church, 320 S. Washington St. Park Ridge. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M., Interment All Saints Cemetery .
