Mauro, 64; Retired C.P.D., U.S. Marine Corps Veteran; Cherished husband of Carol nee Nelson; Loving father of Jason (Elizabeth) and Jeffrey (JoAnne) and grandfather of Jake; Dear brother of Regina (George) Kosicki, David (Jeannine) Mauro, Cynthia (Michael) Del Medico and Lucia Orlandino; Fond uncle of Catherine, Anna and Vincent. Visitation Friday May 29th from 3 - 9 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral service will take place Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
