Falk; loving mother of Renee (Jeff) Falk-Lemke and Laura (Michael) Gladstone; beloved daughter of the late Sven Algot and Anna Swanson nee Anderson; fond grandmother of Katelyn Gladstone, Zach Gladstone, and Kayla Lemke; dear sister of the late Harold (Judy) Swanson; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, from 10:00 am until the time of the Chapel Service at 12:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706.
