Donna M. Del Medico, age 65, of Elmwood Park, at rest on August 31, 2024. Loving mother of Anthony (Patrice) and Kristen Del Medico. Beloved daughter of the late Christine Nardulli. Dearest partner of Michael Horton. Yia Yia to Boomer. Donna was a Loving friend to many and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Visitation will take place on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 3:00 p, until 9:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Saturday, Beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 am and then proceed to St. Celestine Church  (St. Mother Theodore Guerin Parish) for 10:00 am Mass.
