Donna Gielozyn (nee Kuzsawa), age 93, at rest on August 16, 2022. Beloved wife of the late John Bialkowski and the late Jan Cieslak. Loving mother of George (Beverly) Bialkowski. Dear grandmother of Chad Farmer. Visitation will take place on Friday August 19, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:00 Noon at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will follow at All Saints Polish National Cemetery in Chicago.
