Donato “Donald” Parente, age 79. Born in Mola di Bari, Italy. Beloved son of the late Domenico and Rosa Maria nee Ungaro; dear brother of Rosa (Vittorio) Brunetti, Caterina (the late Donato) Parente and Giovanna (Joseph) Nardulli; fond uncle of Bruno, Cecilia, Domenico and Nicola (Natalie) Brunetti, Giulia (Christopher) Bucaro, Angelo (Irena) Parente, Rosa Maria (Gary) Russo, Maria (Quintin) Crawford, Santino (Adriana) and Rosamaria Nardulli; great uncle of many; long time companion of Shirley Engle. Visitation Monday, October 3, 2022 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral Service begin Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home and will proceed to St Francis Borgia Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment All Saints Mausoleum.
