Donald H. Collins, age 85, C.P.D. Retired, U.S.A.F. Korean War, passed away on March 22, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Donald was the loving father of Donald H. Jr. and Gary T. (Kelly) Collins; dear brother of Tom, Rose and Tony; fond uncle of many. Donald was a retired Captain of the Chicago Police Department.
