Dione Malana

Dione Malana, 61, passed away July 12, 2020. Beloved husband of Evelyn for over 30 years. Loving father of Mark Malana and Patrick (Sarah) Malana. Beloved son of Leonisa and the late Florante Malana. Beloved grandfather of Jade Elizabeth and Patrick Jr. Dear brother of Romeo (Editha) Malana, Lenissa (Cheng) Bueno, Florante Jr. (Daisy) Malana, and Magnolia (Minister Eduardo) Lopez. Dione was an avid gardener and enjoyed making trips to Oasis Ice Cream Shop. He was a devoted officer of the Church of Christ. Visitation will be Thursday, July 16, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Visitation will also be held on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery. Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time at the funeral home. Masks are required to enter the funeral home. We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter and please practice good social distancing.
