Diane Ugorek

Diane M. Ugorek Age 61. Passed away suddenly on Sunday October 26th 2014 at her home on the far northwest side of Chicago. Diane worked as a critical care nurse for St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital for many years. Diane is survived by her loving husband Randy (Ret. C.P.D. 15th Dist.) and her son Michael. Sister in law of Pete (the late Betty) Ugorek. A memorial visitation will take place on Thursday October 30th 2014 from 3:00 until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. A memorial service will take place the same day at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Interment will be private.
