Dennis M. Heuer, age 76, at rest on August 22, 2025. Dennis was born on September 20, 1948 in Chicago Illinois to the late George and the late Helen Heuer. Cherished husband of the late Susan. Loving father of Jamie Smolinski. Beloved partner of Dolly Johnson. Dear brother of the late Merrily Dawson. Fond uncle of Tommy, Deanna, Matthew and Megan. Mentor and father figure to many wonderful neighbors. Dennis was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox Fan and the family encourages those attending the visitation and memorial service to wear Bears and Sox Attire. Memorial visitation for Dennis will take place on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 12:30 pm until time of memorial service at 3:30 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will be private.
