Denise Kadleck (nee Dziopek), Doctor of Pharmacy, age 72, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2025. Denise was the loving mother of Caroline (Chris) Costello and Kristin (Matthew) Zurek; dear daughter of the late Wanda and Henry Dziopek; proud grandmother of Maddox and Mason Costello; and Nicholas and Cecilia Zurek ; dear sister of Rick (Meryl) Cannon.
Denise was a Pharmacist with Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview for over 20 years, as well as Evanston Hospital, and she also worked early in her career at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. She was a Life Master of the ACBL American Contract Bridge League.
Visitation Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of an 11:30a.m.Funeral Service at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. The entombment will follow at St. Adalbert Mausoleum in Niles. For more information call (708)456-8300
