Beloved wife of Donald Motyka; loving mother of Joseph, James, Michael, and Nicholas; beloved daughter of the late Harry and Mary Anne Smolenski; dear sister of the late Steven Smolenski. Visitation will be held on Thursday December 2, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels at 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706.
