Daniel 'Puck' F. Rozek, Age 79. Beloved husband of Dorothy nee Ogrodny for 53 yrs. Loving father of Dane, Dale (Denise) Rozek, Dawn (Jerry) Schmitt and Dani (Dave Bachta) Rozek. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Lauren and Tyler Schmitt. Dear brother in law of Bea Szafarek and Lea Stevens. Fond godfather and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings Gus, Harriet Sadowski and Ruth Salata. Visitation Wednesday July 2 from 3 to 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Thursday 10:00 a.m. from the funeral home and then will proceed to St. Monica Church for Mass at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
