Daniel J. Perez, age 43. Beloved husband of Cheryl Perez nee Ferraro; loving father of Joseph and Matthew Perez; Beloved son of Eddie and Anna M. Perez nee Pyka; dear brother of Christopher (Anne) Perez; fond uncle of Sarah Perez. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels at 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706. Family and friends to meet Saturday at St. Pascals Catholic Church for lying in state from 11:30 am until time of Mass at 12:30. Interment is private.
