Daniel Drechney, 94 passed way August 26, 2024. Beloved husband of Joanne for 60 wonderful years. Loving father of Rose (Bill) Molepske, Paul Drechney, and Christine (Jeffrey) Rio. Cherished grandfather of Kyle Molepske, Jenna (Dominick) Sullivan, Jessica Rio. Dear brother of Michaelene Drechney. Fond uncle of Jodi Obirek, Jeffrey (Natalia) Obirek, Holly Yoshinari, and Julie (Terry) Boyko, and great uncle to many. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 4, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Friends and family are invited to meet on Friday (PLEASE NOTE DAY) at St. Eugene Catholic Church, Chicago, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.. Those wishing to attend the interment are invited to meet after the Mass on Friday at Maryhill Cemetery at 12:00 Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alexian Brothers Hospice Residence and Programs
