Claudia Kech

Claudia A. Kech (nee Szarzynski), age 73, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025. Claudia was the beloved wife of Robert C. for 44 wonderful years; loving mother of Mike R. Kech; dear daughter of the late Harriet and Benedict Szarzynski; dearest sister of Antoinette (Gary) Zemke, Gloria (the late Curtis) Lichtenwalter, and the late Medard (the late Rita) Schronski and the late Joan Marcus; dearest sister-in-law of Patricia (Patrick) Palmer, and she was a fond aunt of many.

Claudia was an eucharistic minister and a member of the choir at Immaculate Conception Church, and she was a volunteer at the Almost Home Foundation for homelsss dogs and cats. In lieu of flowers, donations to Immaculate Conception Parish  or Almost Home Foundation, https://almosthomefoundation.org , would be appreciated.

Visitation Friday, February 7, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Rosary at 7:00 p.m.) at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. On Saturday, family and friends will gather at Immaculate Conception Church 7211 W. Talcott, Chicago for Mass at 11:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at St. Adalbert Catholic Mausoleum in Niles.
