Clara Matza

Clara M. Matza, nee Allen, age 97, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2022. Clara was the beloved wife of the late Alexander Matza; loving mother of Russell (the late Patricia) Burns, Carol (Matthew) Krawczyk, Jennifer (Anthony) Bravo and the late James Matza; cherished grandmother of Dan Krawczyk, Deanna Castro, Johnnie Ray Castro, Brandon Bravo, Adam Matza, Krissy Kendall, James and Nicholas Matza; great grandmother of 9. She was preceded in death by 4 siblings, and was a fond aunt of many. Go CUBS Go! Visitation Thursday, January 6, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 noon on Friday, at the funeral home, and we will proceed for the interment at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
