Charles R. Luptak, D.D.S. age 79, at rest on June 28, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Alice "Lynn" (nee McEvilly) Luptak. Loving father of Mark Luptak, Elizabeth Luptak and Ryan Luptak. Cherished grandfather of Grace, Emma and Nora. Brother of Donald Luptak and Uncle of Richard and Joseph Luptak. Charles was a beloved professor and mentor at U.I.C. College of Dentistry for over 50 years. Visitation for Charles will take place on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will be private.
