Charles Chrisos

Charles George Chrisos, 76, passed away unexpectedly at Resurrection Hospital on Friday Oct, 2, 2020. He was born Oct, 12, 1943 in Chicago and had been a Chicago resident for his entire life. Charles joined the Army, he was stationed at Fort Knox and then in Alaska. He married his beloved wife Linda Marie Chrisos (Fiorito) on Oct, 12, 1974. He worked at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for over 30 years.Surviving are his children Carla Marie, Cole Patrick, and Chad Michael, his grandchild Joshwa Connor, his sister Betty (Michael) Romano, his mother-in-law Phyllis Fiorito (Stephens), sister-in-Law Cathy (Edward) Van Weelden, his brother-in-law Michael (Bonnie) Fiorito, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were graced with his humor, also his 20 year old family cat, Onyx. Predeceased by his father George Gus Chrisos, his mother Sophia Helen Chrisos (Rallis), his brother Gus Chrisos, and his niece-in-Law Tracey Lynn Restivo. Charles joins his beloved wife and earth angel the late Linda Marie Chrisos in a better place.Memorial visitation will take place on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W.
