Caterina Urso (nee Raia) age 92, passed away on March 23, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Urso for 68 wonderful years; loving mother of Maria (Roman) Kowal; devoted grandmother of Dr. Michael (Paula Villela) Kowal; Cherished great grandmother of Henry Alexander Kowal. Dear sister of Tom (Margaret) Raia and Maria (the late Santo) DiCarlo. Fond aunt, Cousin and friend to many. Caterina was a member of Society of Maria SS. Lauretana of Altavilla Milicia in Chicago. Visitation will take place on Friday March 25, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine Laboure Church 3535 Thornwood Ave. Glenview, Il. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines.
