Carol J. DiLeonardi

Carol J. DiLeonardi nee Carson, age 84. Carol was born on January 1, 1942, and passed away peacefully August 16, 2026. She was a beloved wife for 50 years of Joseph Di Leonardi Sr. (CPD-U.S. Marshal). Before marriage Carol was a professional model and commercial narrator. She was the national face and spokesperson for Pennzoil Motor Oil in the 60’s. She also worked in radio and TV in Richmond, Virginia and Washington D.C.. After returning to Chicago, she managed a bridal salon before marrying and becoming a full-time mother. She is survived by her loving son Joseph Jr. and his wife Andrea. Two grandchildren who were much loved, Giada and Joey. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels at 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706. A full Mass will follow at Mary Seat of Wisdom at 12:30 pm. Entombment will be held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery. For more info please call 708-456-8300.
