Carmela Coletto

Coletto, Carmela, Passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 14, 2021. She went to be with her Lord at the age of 87 years old. Carmela was a kind and a fiercely loyal person. She was born in Carbonara, Bari, Italy and moved to Chicago at the age of 16, where she lived with her husband and three sons, for the rest of her life. Carmela loved to celebrate life with family and many friends, but family was her priority. She was a seamstress and loved to sew. She will be greatly missed by many.
Lovingly remembered by her Son, Anthony Coletto, (wife Christine, grandson Christopher Coletto), Son Louis Coletto (grandchildren Jessica, husband Patrick Scott and Ryan Coletto), Son Michael Coletto Jr. (wife Joan Coletto, grandchildren Eric, Lauren, and great-granddaughter Ivy Coletto). Also survived by her sister Angela Terenzio and family, Sister-in-law Sylvania DeAngelis, and family. Brother in laws, Dominick Coletto and family and Jerry Coletto wife Domenica and family. As well as many loving family and friends. Carmela was predeceased by her parents Maria & Luigi DeAngelis, husband Michael Coletto Sr. brother Nicola DeAngelis, brother-in-law, Vito Coletto, sister-in-law, Lucia Coletto and sister-in-law, Angela Coletto. May she rest in Peace! All services were held privately at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge on Tuesday Jan 19th 2021. Entombment was held at the All Saints Mausoleum.
