Carl R. Snyder Jr., age 75, at rest on July 1, 2020. Beloved husband of Rita (nee Winiecki). Loving father of Renea (the late James) Rasmussen, Christine Shanahan and Carl R. Snyder. Dear grandfather of Jimmie, Nikki, Charlie, Alyssa (Ryan) Westerberg and Michelle. Great grandfather of Blair Westerberg. Dear brother of Greg (Rena) Snyder and the late George and the late Kay and Carlotta. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 Noon at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. Due to the current health guidelines we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. Your health and safety is the family’s priority and you have their full understanding if you cannot attend the visitation. If you attend the visitation, we kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks (none provided by family or funeral home) and use proper social distancing.
