Bonita Jeannette Cousins

Bonita "Bonnie" Cousins (nee Bauer), age 98, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026. Bonita was the beloved wife of the late Leonard L. Cousins; loving mother of Emily Jean (Timothy) and Janet Marie (David) Decker; dear daughter of the late Edith and Joseph Bauer; cherished grandmother of Jennifer Laura (Christopher) Horvat and Brian John Weis; dear sister of the late Steven, Paul and Byron Bauer, Maureen Walsh and Linda Lawrence, and she was a fond aunt of many.

Visitation Friday, February 20, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to Acacia Park Lutheran Church for an 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service.
