Betty Majewski

With deep sadness, we announce that Betty Majewski has passed away. She was born on February 1, 1930, in Chicago to Pearl and William Mein. She died peacefully at the age of 96 on October 15th at Resurrection Medical Center. Betty was the wife of the late Eugene and the loving mother of Donna (Donald) Robinson, Russell (Denise), Ronald (Deborah), and Debbie (the late John) Krall, as well as the late Richard (Kelly), the late Robert, the late Randy, and the late Lisa. Her family also includes 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and counting. In addition to raising eight children, Betty worked for 20+ years at Bankers Life and Insurance Company. She retired at 75 and devoted the rest of her life to family and friends. She helped many friends in need and generously gave her time to care for others. Betty was the glue that held her family together and always held them close to her heart. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with family and friends.

Visitation Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. and we will proceed to St Eugene Church (Queen of Peace Parish) 7958 W. Foster Ave. Chicago, for Mass at 12:00 noon. Interment St Adalbert Cemetery in Niles.
