Betty Bruce

Betty Bruce, nee Doran, 76, passed away July 24, 2018. Born in Sharon, Tennessee on November 4, 1941 to Lewis and Jewell Doran. Betty worked at Blasetti’s Steakhouse for more than 20 years. She was a caring lady with a beautiful heart that took care of anyone that was in need. She is survived by her daughter Judy (Chuck) Kuhn, and Nathan Notariano; seven grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; brother Clois ‘Bubba’ (Reba) Doran; sister Debra Doran; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband George Bruce; granddaughter Patricia Loriece; great-great granddaughter Iona Patricia; sister Joyce Mayo; brother Robert ‘Red’ Doran. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge. Funeral Service will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
