Dear brother of Bob Chang, Jay Chang, Allan Chang, Tim Chang, Tom Chang, Elijah Chang, the late Moui La, Le Tran, the late Jackie Chang, Ann Pham, Kimberley Chang-Rocha, Siem Truong and Karen Truong. Fond uncle and cousin to many. Visitation will take place on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Monday from 10:30 am until time of Service at 11:30 am at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment will follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Chicago, Il.
