Beloved husband of Dawn Golembiewski nee Adamson; loving father of Margaret (Jason Mielcarek) Golembiewski, Kate Golembiewski, and Bridget Golembiewski; dear brother of Bob (Karen) Golembiewski, Mary Ann Golembiewski, Jeanne (Jim) Martin, and the late Terri Golembiewski; loving brother-in-law to Dennis (Sheila) Adamson, Doug (Reah) Adamson, Duane (Tari) Adamson; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; loving great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, April 10, 2016, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin Monday 9:00 am at the funeral home and will proceed to St. Paul of the Cross Church, Mass 10:00 am. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
