Barbara J. Roll nee Deertz, age 86, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024. Beloved wife of the late John J. Roll, Sr.; loving mother of Kathleen Durcho, Cynthia (Joseph) Stazzone, Antoinette (Kenneth) Heiden, and the late John Roll Jr; dearest grandmother of Ashley, Thomas, Steven, Taylor, and Joey; great grandmother of Neo and Ragnar; dearest sister of the late Betty Reuther, the late Barry (Patsy) Deertz, and sister-in-law to the late Frank J. Reuther, Joseph and Eleanor, the late Antoinette and Harold Hilsen, the late Helen and Edward Walendzuk, the late Renee and Philip Dispensa, the late Lillian and Edward Nelson, the late Jean and Patrick Piersanti, the late Frank and Mary Roll, the late Edward and Florence, and the late Mary Ann Chmela; fond aunt and godmother to Michael (Marcia) Reuther; loving aunt to Linda (Ed) Dean, Barbara (Keith) Wickery, Lori (Bruce) Beddard, Janice Mukomela, and the late Barry Walter Deertz, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706.
