Ashley Loquercio Rojnica

It is with great sadness that our family faces the loss of Ashley Elizabeth Loquercio Rojnica.
She was blessed into her mothers arms December 18, 1983 in Chicago. She passed away on June 1, 2022.
Ashley is survived by her eternally loving husband Marko Rojnica, their loving 4 year old son Sebastian Oliver Rojnica, loving mother Monta Parsons, loving father Robert Loquercio, loving siblings Kathryn Loquercio, Lucas Parsons, & Robert Loquercio, loving Auntie Mary Carol (Thomas) Kolecki, loving Uncle and Auntie Anthony & Danielle Loquercio, loving mother & father-in-law Adrijana & Kruno Rojnica, fond Auntie to many nephews including Frances, Parker, Beckett, Matteo, and Dario, and countless other loving family and friends.

Ashley is a graduate of St Ignatius College Prep in Chicago, danced ballet on scholarship at Regis University and graduated from Loyola Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. She had a successful career in marketing and film production, was an avid creative contributor to and proponent of the Arts, and had a passion for sustaining the environment and protecting ourselves from harmful substances.

The wake will be Thursday, June 9, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Shrine of our Lady of Pompeii, 1224 W Lexington St, Chicago, IL 60607. Refreshments will be provided next door in the auditorium. People should also feel free to bring physical pictures to be added to the memory wall and for the family to keep. Funeral Mass is to follow the following day at Shrine of our Lady of Pompeii at 10:00 am.

If you prefer to donate in lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Environmental Working Group, a nonprofit nonpartisan org that tests/researches the safety of all products we ingest or apply to ourselves such as food, cosmetics, sunscreens, etc. Ashley was very passionate about this cause.
