Antonio Bifero, age 53, passed away on March 11. Devoted husband of Ippolita, nee Montano; loving father of U.S.M.C. Corporal Aristide and Elisabetta Bifero; beloved son of Aristide and the late Elisabetta; dear brother of Lina (Angelo) Velliotis, Luigi (Stacey) and Frank (Jeanna) Bifero; fond uncle of Frankie, Antonio, Anastasia, Paul, Elena, Julia, Carmie, Ari, Francesco, Luigi, Antonio, Vincenzo, Giovanni, Giulio and Sofia; loving cousin, nephew and dear friend to many. Antonio was a dedicated fan of the Chicago Cubs and S.S.C. Napoli. Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will be Thursday. Friends and family are asked to meet for 11:00 a.m. Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii 1224 W. Lexington St., Chicago, IL 60607.
