Annette Kuleck nee Fedele age 88 of Ottawa, IL formerly of Schiller Park, IL. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Loving mother of Edward J. (Christina) Kuleck and the late Karen M. Feldt. Fond grandmother of Mark (Lauren), Brendon and Lauren Kuleck and Deanna Feldt. Great grandmother of Ryan Snyder and Mason Brown. Funeral Services will begin Wednesday 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home and proceed to St. Maria Goretti Church in Schiller Park for Mass 10:30a.m. Entombment St. Joseph Mausoleum. Annette owned and operated Northwest Beauty Supply in Chicago, for over 20 years, and she was founder, director and senior chairman of Brickyard Senior's Club in Chicago.
