Anna Rita Zaccardelli

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Rita Zaccardelli. Rita died at home on September 15, 2021. Beloved daughter of the late Assunta and the late Pasquale Zaccardelli. Dearest sister of Aldo Cardelli and Lina Zaccardelli. Cherished aunt of Fara (Phil) Alexander, Gina Cardelli and Alexa Cardelli. Proud grand aunt of Ferris Alexander. Rita courageously battled a debilitating brain tumor with fierce determination for nine years. She never lost her sense of humor nor her beautiful smile. The family wishes to acknowledge the support of the family and friends whose loving acts of kindness brightened her days. Also, many thanks to her caregivers, particularly Maria who provided exceptional care over the past six years. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Brain Tumor Association, Voices Against Brain Cancer or the Glioblastoma Research Organization.
