Anna Walczak

Anna Walczak (nee Tabor), age 76, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025. Anna is the beloved wife of Chester Walczak for 55 wonderful years; loving mother of Barbara (Joseph) Freund and the late Andy (Annette) Walczak; dear daughter of the late Maria and Jan Tabor; cherished babcia of Lidia and Eva Freund and Kate and Matt Walczak; dearest sister of Jane (Joe) Korziuk and the late Mary (the late Bogdan) Pietrusiewicz, and sister in law of Maria Figura; fond aunt of Stephanie, John, Peter, Renee, Lisa, Annette, Marcin, Renata, Dariusz, Janusz, Mariusz, Violetta and Slawek; loving cousin of Jozef and Sophie Tabor and Family, Bonnie Blach and Family, Jan and Kristina Pawula and Family, and the Wojcik Family, Henry and Pawula and Walczak Family and Marek and Renata Mika and Family. She was a niece, cousin and friend of many.

Visitation Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to Our Lady, Mother of the Church for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
