Anna Pukas, nee Pleskacz, age 88. Beloved wife of the late Walter. Loving mother of Mary Ann (Philip) Czajkowski. Also survived by many relatives in Poland. Visitation Sunday March 24, 2013 at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, 5 PM until 8 PM. Funeral Monday March 25, 2013 9 AM Proceeding from the Funeral Home to St. Ladislaus Church, Mass 10 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery.
