Anna Montesanto

Anna Montesanto, nee Lagioia, age 96, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2025. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Rosario; loving mother of Josephine "Jo" (Edward) Kurek and Ben J. (Maria) Montesanto; dear daughter of the late Mary (nee Volpe) and the late Alex Lagioia; cherished Nana of Ben, Joseph and Maria Montesanto, and fur-babies Wrigley, Max and Enzo; dearest sister of Lucille (the late Joseph) Grandinetti, the late Frank (Virginia) Lagioia and the late Joseph (late Dorothy) Lagioia. She was also a fond aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to Immaculate Conception Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:30 a.m. The interment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
