Anna Mae Leahey

Anna Mae "Ann" Leahey, nee Duchene, age 89, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2021. Ann was the beloved wife of the late Robert Allen, Sr.; loving mother of Linda S. (Timothy) Roberts, Robert A., Jr., Kathleen A. (Patrick) Giannini and Timothy M. (Barb) Leahey; dearest daughter of the late Anna and Harry Duchene, Sr. and daughter in-law of the late Kathryn and Thomas Leahey; cherished grandmother of Christopher (Nora) and Jason (Meghan) Roberts, Kelly (Nathaniel) Tanney, Teresa (Daniel) Carmody, Megan and Robert Leahey, Jennifer (Francesco) Patano, Brittany, Patrick Jr. (Michelle) and Kimberley (Adam Mullendore) Giannini, Katie (Daniel) Finn-Leahey and Mitch (Allison) Leahey; great grandmother of Ayla, Evie, Adler, Scarlett, Louis, Michael, Gianna, ,Joseph, Nicolas and Arthur; dear sister of the late Harry, Jr. (the late Leona), the late Eugene (Marie) and the late Alfred (the late Joan) Duchene and sister in-law of the late Thomas (Dorothy) and the late John (the late Clara) Leahey and Joan (the late Eugene) Pope; fond aunt of many. Visitation Thursday, April 29, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Cyprian Church in River Grove for a mass at 11:30 a.m. The interment is private.
