Angelina Orlando

Angelina "Angie" Orlando, nee Plaia, age 95, passed away on July 1st surrounded by her loving family. Angie was the beloved wife of the late Calogero "Charlie" Orlando; loving mother of Dominick, Joseph, Antonio (Denise) and Ann Marie Orlando; cherished grandmother of Michael Joseph Orlando, Marissa (Sean) Laven, Salina (Raed) Mansour, Kathryn (Ryan) Shabilion, Elizabeth Christine, Therese Lynn and Carolyn Louise Orlando; great grandmother of Jacob Harvey Laven and Matthew Keith Shabilion; dear sister of the late Tony (the late Virginia) and the late Maria (the late Vito) Orlando; fond aunt of many. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Monica Church in Chicago for a Mass at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Crucifixion Garden Mausoleum in St. Joseph Cemetery.
