Beloved wife of the late Francesco Cassata; loving mother of Rosario Cassata, Adriana (Peter) Donatelli, Salvatore (Patricia) Cassata, Rosa (Mario) Jos, and Joseph Cassata; beloved daughter of the late Salvatore and Rosa Affrunti nee Ingargiola; beloved sister of Salvatrice, Giuseppina, Antonietta, Franca, and the late Domenico; loving grandmother of Angela (Charles) Huettinger, Alisa (Jose) Cassata, Francesco (Lindsy) Cassata, Silvia (Chester) Gorecki, Angela (Brent) Rosenfelder, Matthew (fiancé Josie) Jos, Francesco (Allison) Cassata, Annamarie (Kurt) Williams, Joseph (fiancé Elise) Cassata, Daniella Cassata, and the late Danny Donatelli; great grandmother of Nicholas, Giovanni, Alexandra, Antonio, Landon, Cassie, Elliott, Danny, Lucas, Thomas, and Parker; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday August 7, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels at 8300 W. Lawrence Ave Norridge, IL 60706. Funeral Services begin on Tuesday at the funeral home at 9:30 am and will proceed to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Des Plaines for Mass at 11:00 am.
