Angela Waytula

Angela Rose Waytula (nee Catino), 102, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on August 5, 2015. Angela was married to the late Ferdinand (Fred) Waytula. The daughter of the late Vincenzo and Rose Catino, who immigrated from Italy, Angela is the sister of Sam (Phyllis) Catino, Carmen (Mary) Catino, Gertrude (Ray) Indelli, and Anthony Catino, Sr., who all preceded her in joining our heavenly Father. She is survived by her sister Teresa (the late Walter) Zim and her sister-in-law Frances (the late Anthony Catino, Sr.) as well as her children, Mary Ann (Jack) Hazlett, Patricia (Robert) Mills and Anthony (Madeline) Waytula. Angela had 7 grandchildren: John (Barbara) Hazlett, Patricia Hazlett, Carole (Bob) Johnson, Deborah Hazlett, Cathleen (John) Byrne, Lisa (Tim) Lockerby and Lori (Jeff) Seaburg. She is also survived by her 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. Angela was a treasured aunt, cousin and friend to many, and always put others first. Visitation Sunday from 2 - 8 pm at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral Monday, beginning at 9:00 am at the funeral home followed by a celebration of Angela’s life at Mary Seat of Wisdom Catholic Church, Park Ridge at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Mt.
