Angela Sammartino, nee Sabella, age 74, passed away on July 25th surrounded by her loving family. Angela is the beloved wife of Vincenzo for 43 wonderful years; loving mother of Giuseppe (Gina) and Salvatore (Michelle) Sammartino; dearest daughter of the late Maria Antonietta, nee Feliciano, and the late Salvatore Sabella; cherished grandmother of Giuliana, Vincenzo, Georgia, Antonio and Chiara; dear sister of Caterina, Antonietta, Epifania, Maria, Antonio and the late Anna and sister in-law of Angela (the late Calogero) Sammartino and Anna (the late Nicolo) Miceli and a fond aunt of many. Visitation Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church for a Mass at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Mausoleum in All Saints Cemetery.
