Angela Carbonara (nee Santoro) age 85, at rest on August 26, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Vito. Loving mother of Giovina (Pete) Pavone and Frank Carbonara. Devoted daughter of the late Giorgio and the late Maria Santoro. Cherished Nonni of Maria (Joe) Macek, Angela (Steve) Calderone, Vito (Jamie) Pavone and Alyssa Carbonara. Great grandmother of Milana, Leo, Santino, Gemma, Luca and Gianni. Dear sister of the late Vincent (Anna) Santoro and the late Chiara (the late Michele) Ardito. Fond aunt of George, Vito, Maria, Domenico, Alba, Franco, Mario, Rosa and Maria Angela and great aunt, cousin and friend to many. Visitation Sunday August 30, 2020 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Il. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. and will then proceed to Divine Savior Church for 10:30 a.m. Mass. (Please note that the church has a strict limit of 50 people that can enter for the Mass). Entombment will then follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in River Grove. Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter. Please wear masks and use proper social distancing. Until further notice, the coffee room is not available for use. Please refrain from bringing food or beverage into the funeral home.
