Andrew Ragona, age 68, U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, passed away suddenly on October 23rd. Andrew was the beloved husband of Linda "PeeWee", nee Macek; loving father of Paul (Denise), Andrea (Rob Malek) and Anthony (Brittany) Ragona; dearest son of the late Ann, nee Tunzi, and Paul Ragona; cherished grandfather of Andrew, Angelynn, Gia, Adriana and Anthony; dear brother of Patsy (John) Jacobsen and brother in-law of Annie (Richie) Ricciardi and Lenny (Maura) Macek; fond uncle of many; loving nephew and best friend to Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Linda Angelilli. Visitation Friday, October 27th, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Paul of the Cross Church, in Park Ridge, for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment, with Military Honors, to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
