Amy Jeanette Karolewicz (nee Valencia.) Age 49, passed away suddenly November 9, 2015. Loving mother of Amanda and Jessica Karolewicz. Beloved daughter of Agapito and the late Carolyn Valencia. Dear sister of Laura (Greg) Galles and Anthony (Julie) Valencia. Loving aunt of Adam and Ryan Galles. Former spouse of John Karolewicz. Loving niece of many aunts and uncles. Amy was a dedicated head coach for the Shabbona Park Saints Cheerleading team in Chicago for many years and was also a longtime employee of the Chicago Public Schools. Visitation Friday from 3:00 till 9:00 p.m.. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge. Funeral Saturday beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. and then proceeding to St. Eugene Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
