Alicja Nawara (nee Maj) passed away peacefully on February 15, 2025. Alicja was the beloved wife of Janusz for 40 wonderful years; loving daughter of the late Danuta (nee Kula) and the late Jan Maj and dear sister of Katarzyna Maj. Alicja was a Polish Language teacher at St. Constance School for many years.
Visitation Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. (Memorial Service 6:00 p.m.) at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL 60706. All Services will conclude Wednesday evening and Alicja will be buried in Poland. For more information call (708)456-8300.
