Alice Kopis, nee Niewiadomska, age 68, passed away on July 7, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. Alice was the beloved wife of Jack for 44 wonderful years; loving mother of Anne M. (Jarek) Kopis-Koperski and Nikki Kopis; cherished grandmother of Jack and Charlotte Koperski; dearest daughter of the late Ludwika and Boleslaw Niewiadomski; dear sister of James Nevada. Visitation Thursday from 3:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services will begin on Friday, 10:30a.m. at the funeral home, and we will proceed to Holy Trinity Church 1118 N. Noble in Chicago for Mass 12:00 noon. Entombment St. Adalbert Mausoleum.
