Alexander Knitter

Alexander J. Knitter, age 94, at rest suddenly on December 18, 2019. Alexander was a Veteran in the United States Navy during WWII. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee DiCiaula). Loving father of Michael C. (Susan) Knitter, Christine A Knitter and Paul (Nancy) Knitter. Dear son of the late Henry and the late Helen (nee Reinke) Knitter. Cherished grandfather of Benjamin, Joshua, Jonathan, Stephen, Emily, Amanda and Karina. Fond brother of the late Mary Knitter and fond uncle, cousin and friend to many. Family and friends are asked to meet on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 12:45 p.m. at the interment chapel of All Saints Cemetery, 700 N. River Rd. Des Plaines, Il. 60016, for Funeral Services and Military Honors.
